Site Surveys & Structured Cabling
Much of Juvo’s management framework is built around the idea of having a true assessment of the telecom assets that our clients have on site, or on hand. This is what we call “Inventory Management,” and it deals with everything from circuit IDs to fax line numbers. There are times when carrier CSRs, even when combined with invoices and contracts, simply doesn’t tell the whole story. Our ability to put qualified personnel on site to conduct physical site surveys can often times represent huge savings for clients, as it can often be difficult for clients to not only assess their existing state of affairs, but to also assess their capabilities and limitations as it pertains to emerging technologies.
Major projects, especially large carrier or technology conversions, don’t simply happen by flipping a switch. Rather there are real physical attributes that must be in place to ensure things run smoothly. In short, the cloud doesn’t happen without a lot of work on the ground. Structured cabling, again, through our ability to put qualified personnel on site, gives clients the benefit of not having to rely on 3rd party technicians with whom they have no relationship.
