Over the years, Juvo has made consistent upgrades to its management platform, “Simplicity.” We’ve also refined our processes to ensure they reflect the changing reality of telecom and technology. At the same time, we continue to ensure that our people are capable of effectively dealing with the challenges that our customers bring to us. By focusing on our platform, processes, and people, we’re well into our second decade of growth.
When it comes to these three “P’s” of great service, “people” is certainly the most important, and most organizations would say the same thing. We are fortunate to have recently “upgraded” the people side of our business by hiring Leslie Smith as our “Service Delivery Manager,” a title that is just broad enough to encompass the many things she’s already helping to improve. Leslie’s former roles include:
- IT Director
- Systems Analyst
- IT Help Desk Supervisor
Leslie’s career track has been marked by consistent promotion, ever increasing responsibilities, and a commitment to learning. With her Microsoft Certified Professional certificate, she knows many of the tools and applications that our customers are using today. Her experience with MDM solutions like AirWatch, cloud applications like G-Suite, and networking hardware like Meraki, allows Juvo to continue helping clients in an ever-expanding way.
Over the course of Leslie’s career, she’s also been a Juvo customer, something that was very attractive to us and something we felt made her a perfect fit. She knows the challenges that Juvo customers are dealing with on a day-to-day basis. She knows the software, and has great insight on how to make it more valuable to the end user. She’s already been a big part of our most recent system update that enhanced and improved the manner in which trouble tickets are initially created.
