Ryan came on board with Juvo in August 2008 after serving 6 years in The Marine Corps as an aviation technician and martial arts instructor. Ryan’s hands on enthusiasm for learning and knowing how things work has even greater been fueled by the ever changing landscape of the telecommunication industry. He has a Gold Certification from AOTMP as well as a certification in Convergent Network Technologies.

Ryan has worked on projects ranging from large voice migrations for 125 plus location pizza franchise, to a data and VOIP solution that spans 5 carriers over 185 locations for one of the largest financial institutions in the southeastern region. His firm grasp of the latest industry’s products is what allows him to simplify the complex solutions and “keep things simple” for the customers he works with. “I truly enjoy working and sharing the front line with our customers to discover and implement the right solutions for their needs. I understand the frustrations of being bombarded by multiple carriers and pushy sales people. I believe in the ‘we report, you decide’ approach. We’ll vet the options and go over the pros and cons of each, so you can make the best decision for your business.”

In his free time, Ryan enjoys traveling with his wife Danielle, drinking a cold beer at an Atlanta Braves game, and wrenching on his 1950 Chevy pickup. When not at a ball game, he enjoys the great outdoors of fishing, biking, hiking, and any excuse to get a sunburn.
