Following a six year career as a Marine Corps infantry officer, John assumed a variety of roles in a variety of industries. Whether working for a Fortune 500, or a small start-up, John has always maintained a customer focused mindset while also striving to build strong leadership qualities throughout the organization.

John originally came to Juvo as a contract consultant, honing in on best practices as they pertained to personnel hiring, retention, and training, along with accounting and work flow process design. John joined the Juvo team full time in 2009 and was made a partner in December of 2012. With the acquisition of Vendorin, John has been primarily focused on integrating the two companies in ways that maximize efficiencies across the entire organization.

John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University, and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University. He is currently working on his doctoral dissertation which is focused on the role of humility within organizational leadership.

John is a lifelong fan of the LSU Tigers and recently ended his formal protest of LSU football that stemmed from his frustration with the team under the leadership Les Miles. With LSU’s releasing Miles, John is looking forward to great things in 2017. Besides LSU athletics, John enjoys spending time with his five kids and wife Jennifer.
